Sean M. Whalen (born May 19, 1964)[1] is an American actor.

Sean was born in Washington D.C. The youngest of four, he was raised in Silver Spring/Olney, Maryland and graduated from Sherwood High School. He moved west and graduated from UCLA four years later. Like most actors, he worked as a waiter while studying and performing at the famed Groundling Theater. His break came doing commercials and his first film, The People Under the Stairs (1991). Sean works steadily in film, television, and on stage. He also earns money as a television and film writer. He's married and has two daughters.

He has appeared in many films including:

Whalen may be best known, however, for the very first Got Milk? commercial, in which he tries in vain (after taking a rather large bite of a peanut butter sandwich) to answer a radio host's question about the famous Burr–Hamilton duel. In addition to this, Whalen also starred in a DiGiorno pizza commercial, in which he and a friend enjoy a Chicago-style pizza in Tucson, Arizona, as well as the short-lived 2001 television program, Special Unit 2 as Sean Radmon.

Lately he has appeared as crazy people in a series of popular television shows such as The Suite Life of Zack and Cody as a radio station host, Hannah Montana as a worker at a Make A Moose store in a Moose Costume, on Scrubs as an X-ray technician and also appeared in The Last Day of Summer. He was also a guest star on Wizards of Waverly Place as a ghost named Mantooth from the Ghost World in the episode called Halloween.

Whalen also plays Neil, one of the plane crash survivors, on Lost. His first appearance came during one of the Lost: Missing Pieces mobisodes entitled "The Adventures of Hurley and Frogurt" in which Neil (a frozen yogurt salesman nicknamed "Frogurt") reveals to Hurley that he is also interested in Libby. Neil reprised his role as "Frogurt" in the first two episodes of season five.
